The Boat House & Beach.

Lake Pearl's private beach is one of our most beloved ceremony locations, a truly unique lakeside setting featuring natural sand, breathtaking views, and seating for up to 200 guests. Framed by a historic pine grove that has graced the property for more than a century, the beach is beautifully illuminated by the warm glow of the late-afternoon sun, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your vows.

Few venues in Massachusetts can offer the combination of a private sand beach, a dedicated lakeside cocktail pavilion, sparkling water on one side, and towering pines on the other.

Many couples choose to exchange vows on the beach, host cocktail hour at the Boat House, and then continue the celebration in the Belvedere. Others opt for a more intimate waterfront ceremony at the Boat House itself, where up to 130 guests can gather beneath its charming white arches overlooking the lake.

Because outdoor ceremonies are weather-dependent, our team works closely with every couple to create a seamless rain plan, ensuring your day remains beautiful and stress-free regardless of the forecast.

The Beach and Boat House are exclusively available as part of a Belvedere wedding, providing a cohesive experience with one venue, one team, and a seamless flow from your first vows to your last dance.
