One-Hour Ceremony Prior to Your Five-Hour Reception
at the Trellis Outside of the Tent (With Set Up of Chairs)
or
One-Hour Ceremony Prior to Your Five-Hour Reception
on Our Private Beach (No Chairs Will Be Set Up)

One-Hour Ceremony Rehearsal
Due to Friday Night Ceremonies, Rehearsals will
Take Place Wednesday or Thursday Prior to the Wedding Date.

Bridal Party May Arrive One Hour Prior to Ceremony for Dressing and/or Photos
Any Additional Time Will Incur Hourly Fees,
Providing the Tent is Available.

A Two Hour Notice Must Be Given to Move Ceremony Inside Tent Due to Inclement Weather.
