Frequently Asked Questions

Lake Pearl Frequently Asked Questions

Does Lake Pearl offer On-Site Ceremonies?

Yes, as an upgrade for our Ballrooms we offer beautiful Gazebos with perfectly landscaped grounds and lake views. For our Victorian Tent Weddings we offer the use of our Private lakeside Beach or a Garden Trellis located just off of the Tent. Complete set up of chairs is included in the ceremony fee.

Are you a Hotel? Can we stay overnight at Lake Pearl?

We are a full service Function Venue and do not have overnight accommodations. Upon touring our venue we are happy to supply you with a list of local hotels.

How many events do you hold at a time? Do we share amenities like bathrooms and lounges?

Lake Pearl is a privately owned facility set on 25 acres of lushly landscaped grounds. We have 3 exclusive Ballrooms and 1 Victorian Tent, but the only amenity shared for our venues is a very large parking lot. Other than parking our 4 venues are completely separate and offer private entryways, cocktail lounges, dining rooms, restrooms, bridal suites with restrooms, on-site ceremony locations, staff and photo grounds.

What is your deposit/Payment Policy?

Lake Pearl requires a deposit of $2,000 per room upon booking (only the Grand Ballroom is considered two rooms). We take another $2,000 6 months before the wedding (per room) and then the balance is due 7 days before the wedding in cash or bank check form.

Do you have a food and Beverage Revenue Minimum?

We do not; our contracted minimums here are done by adult headcount only and vary depending upon the venue you select.

Do you have discounts for off-peak dates?

We certainly do, please refer to the Special Offers page of our website.

Is there a separate cost for the package amenities?

No, the price per person reflects the entrée as well as the amenities listed under the appropriate package.

Can I bring in my own Caterer?

Lake Pearl is a full service facility and does not allow outside caterers. We are, however, happy to discuss special meals for those with allergies and food restrictions.
